Fits in with Pat Lam's way of doing things. He's put a squad together of players who he believes can do the job he needs and stands by them. He only brings in new players where absolutely necessary.
It'll be interesting to see when he thinks that he needs to refresh the squad.
This is a good extension. Sheedy has been getting better and better.

Excellent news, Sheedy has really surpassed all my expectations of a year or so ago. He has certainly flourished under Lam and hopefully a few more youngsters can make a name for themselves over the next year.

Now that really is great news. He was immense last season. The best prop-come-centre in the Prem.
