Morning,

I've searched the forum and seen that this question has been asked a couple of times, but I don't think it's been answered…

I've just upgraded my season ticket to include the PWR matches. What's the situation for parking at Heywood Road, please? Is there anything at the ground, or is a matter of finding somewhere in the local streets – and if so, where's the most likely place?

As well as normal parking, are there any arrangements for parking for disabled visitors?I intend to bring my father for some matches, but he really can't walk very far at all.

Finally, any other tips about attending matches at Heywood Road would be very welcome!

Many thanks.

Yes there is parking behind the sticks at the east end and off Cunliffe Road (?) off Whitehall Road.
Brooklands metro station is a very short walk from the ground and some metro stations usually have good parking. I use the metro as I have a bus/tram pass.

For disabled access, you'd have to contact Sale FC or Sale Sharks. There are some parking places, but I have no idea about availability. For non-disabled at the ground, forget it. Also, you run the risk of a ball landing on your car.

You can park on the streets nearby, but it's a case of searching until you find something. You might have some success on Framingham Road or Woodbourne Road.

If possible, your best option (if mobile) is to park in Altrincham or at Navigation Road tram station and take the tram to Brooklands. From there, it's a five-minute walk to the ground.

Is there food at the ground? What time does it open?

I've looked at the Matchday Info and there's nothing. It really is poor if it's your first time.

I contacted Angie and got all the answers I needed. It seems the info is available on various types of social media, just not the website. As I don't have any SM, not very helpful. I suggested they could put exactly the same info on the website. Can't be rocket science, can it?

It seems to me that the website hospitality section is being used to flog the hospitality packages......and why not?
